WHAT IS FACIAL WAXING?
Facial waxing refers to the process of hair removal through the use of hot wax. We source our wax products from the best suppliers to ensure the best results and safe use. Hair removal is something that most women do on a regular basis. It is accepted that women must not have facial hair and this is where waxing is an effective option.
Waxing can be done to remove unwanted hair from the lip, chin, and brow area. Hot wax is applied to the affected area and left to set for a few seconds. Once the wax has taken hold of the hairs, the wax is ripped off in order to pull out the hairs. This process may be repeated on certain areas to remove all hair.
Waxing can be a painful experience, but we take great care to reduce the amount of pain and discomfort for our patients. We make use of ice or numbing agents when needed.

OUR PROCESS

Cleansing
Our first step is to cleanse and clean the area where wax will be applied. This is to remove any dirt and makeup that may cause the wax to be less effective.

Waxing
The wax is applied to the area prepared for waxing. It is allowed to set and then pulled off bringing the unwanted hairs with it. This process may be repeated.

Shaping and Trimming
Once the waxing is completed, the beautician may use a small scissor and tweezing tools to shape and trim the brows. The lip and chin generally don’t require this step.

Moisturizing
OTo prevent sunburn or the appearance of pigmentation, we apply moisturizing cream to the areas that have been waxed. This helps the skin to stay soft and protected.
